University of Minnesota Team Management Project:

Jan 2014-Jan 2015.

This project is associated with the University of Minnesota Crookston.

Collectively and virtually (using Google Drive and Google Hangouts to communicate), I prepared an in-depth case study for UPS with the group of three. The group members delegated different duties to other team members and completed the assignments in a timely fashion.

A Project for "Strategic writing for Marketing and Advertising."

Jan 2011 - Jan 2013.

I completed a project during my business planning class at UCLA. The project required me to research entrepreneurial business management. I learned that using strategic ideas to advertise products could be an effective way to improve the product's reliability to potential customers. I gained practical experience in copywriting brochures for my "Strategic Writing for Marketing and Advertising" class. I completed the brochure by writing thoughtful ideas, editing, and designing templates for clients.

Guess, Inc.- To complete the project, top-selling product lines and target markets/demographics were identified. Then I developed sales campaigns and a 65-page-long, detailed strategic marketing plan. I conducted SWOT analysis of all aspects of the brand, including internal and external analysis and comparisons with other competitive apparel brands.

Apple, Inc.- To complete the school marketing project, I conducted web marketing analysis for Apple, Inc. to research the brand positioning, strategic marketing, loyalty programs, and global marketing campaigns as a comparison.
