At UMC, I have learned that as a manager/supervisor, integrated management skills include strategies for effective listening; using technological resources for verbal communication; and positive reinforcement for employees. I have learned that these management terms are also useful in enhancing leadership qualities as well.

Project description:
I recently completed my strategic marketing course at UCLA in spring 2014. For the research project, I developed a detailed strategic marketing plan for Guess, Inc., which was over 65 pages in length using PowerPoint. I compiled the document using authentic resources that covered all business aspects of the brand with SWOT Analysis. The document included the brand's internal, external, and comparative analysis among competitive apparel brands.
