Marketing Campaigns:

I have achieved career-oriented certifications in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management, and another certification in Marketing with an emphasis on Social Media and Web Analytics. Studying integrated marketing during my business management coursework, I learned copywriting (which focuses on the business’s products and services and their utilization), blogs, and business writing for advertising an organization or business along with its motives effectively. I have also gained experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for consumer market research to evaluate brands in a particular consumer market. I also learned about the KPI metrics, which are used to analyze the brand's objectives and are the benchmarks of the business's competitive performance.

Brand Awareness:

Brand marketing is the process of advertising and promoting a brand by analyzing the specific market trends of a brand or product for KPI purposes. The marketing projects completed at UCLA provided me with valuable insights into establishing the advertising subject matter to communicate the brand for brand awareness in a specific consumer market.

Social Media Marketing:

I have learned about social media accounts for indirect marketing and have launched a social media marketing and advertising campaign by developing a website for my academic project at UCLA. I have learned to copywrite compelling and comprehensive blogs on website templates or pages to market any business product emphatically.

Further, Social Media Marketing contributes to identifying business goals and objectives and generating customer interaction to become familiar with the product or service offered on social media accounts. The higher customer conversion rate can be expected once the brand/product is recognized by the visitors/users thoroughly. Content creation is a dominant strategy in the form of marketing campaigns that increase customers' interaction and readiness to pursue the brand/product on social media.

Content Marketing:

At UCLA, I have learned copywriting to advertise and market a business, organization, or brand's products or services to inform consumers of the advantages and benefits of using them. I have learned to prepare compelling advertising content and graphics for copywriting blogs and market or publish them on the web pages of a business, service, or product.

Product Marketing and Content Marketing

At UCLA, during my studies to achieve certification, I have learned that combining product and content marketing strategies would increase product/service awareness, purchases, and revenue in a particular consumer market. By analyzing the consumer market, needs, and demands, marketers can build the content (based on valuable information) and increase consumers’ affiliation with the product that is in demand. The relevant information obtained through conducting surveys would allow marketers to analyze the product from a customer's perspective.

Market Research and SEO:

I have learned that SEO can be used to optimize web pages' search results by using relevant keywords and valuable content on the pages. I have learned that organic search through SEO for a website is more frequent than paid search (PPC) or (CPC) search methods, and businesses can get a reasonable return on investment (ROI) through organic SEO research than paid research.

Metrics to Analyze KPIs

I have learned how to use metrics to determine the competitive advantages and benchmarking that a business could use through decision-making (KPIs) to improve its brand’s performance.

Integrated Marketing

At UMC, I have learned that as a manager/supervisor, integrated management skills include strategies for effective listening, using technological resources for verbal communication and positive reinforcement for employees. I have learned that these management terms are also useful in enhancing the leadership qualities as well.

Data Analytics

At UCLA, while completing my certification, I have learned that data analytics is a component of a market research experiment. A researcher could carry out data analysis of a current market situation through acquiring qualitative and quantitative research results. Therefore, a market researcher could analyze how to establish the brand according to the market's new trends and when it would be an appropriate time to implement the right decision-making strategy to promote the brand in a relevant consumer market.

The types of marketing research consist of:

  • Primary Research

  • Secondary Research

Primary research supervises the existing business growth and practices through observing the quality of products and services, sales status, channels used for communication, and competitive market of the brand's products and services.

Secondary research employs the already acquired data to formulate a model to perform current market analysis and also helps with benchmarking strategies to determine the right market segment.

In a school environment, teachers can judge children's academic performance and invite parents to learn their children's capabilities.
